Orders

We do our best to update you on shipping and delivery information. However if you do not receive your order, please email support through the Contact page or email us at info@feetalkworld.com.

Please make sure you provide your order number and the email that was connected to your order. We will respond within 24-hours or the next business day.

To make changes to an order that has already been placed, please make sure you email us at info@feetalkworld.com within 2-hours of placing your order. 

Please provide the order number and the email used when you placed your order. One of our customer support team members will reach out to you to confirm the changes. 

Any changes requested to an order after the 2-hour window may not be available for adjustments, especially if the order was placed before 2:00PM (PST).

Our product line of socks for adults is one size fits all. 

There is no need to specify the size for your sock order.

Kids collections are also one size fits all for kids sizes ranging from size .....

Returns

If your order arrived defective, please contact our support team via the Contact page or email us at info@feetalkworld.com.  

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7-days of receiving the damaged item(s) and alert us of the damage along with an image. One of our customer support team members will reach out to you to advise you on how to begin the return process. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement in exchange. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price minus the shipping cost.

All Sales Are Final!

There are no returns or exchanges on products.

However this does not apply to items that arrived damaged. Our goal is to get your products to you ASAP!

If you place your order before 2:00Pm (PST), we will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00PM (PST) will ship out the next business day.

Once your products have been shipped out, delivery time will vary based on your location (see below) and shipping option.

WEST COAST: shipping time takes between 2-3 days

EAST COAST: shipping time takes between 4-5 days

INTERNATIONAL: varies based on your location

**During the holiday seasons, shipping timeframes can easily increase by 2-7 days.
